Volunteers always, always welcome.

FoGS meet every second Sunday of the month (third Sunday of the month in November) at the Station from 10am to 1pm, and volunteers may stay for as long or as little as they wish.

We have helped young people work towards their Duke of Edinburgh Award, and so we encourage younger people to come and pitch in!

There’s always lots to do, including gardening, cleaning, sweeping, litter-picking, as well as working on our exciting new wildlife project. Everyone is really friendly and happy to discuss ideas you may have for future improvements and projects.

At the moment we do not have a storage facility for our tools, so please bring your own.

Hi-viz jackets will be provided to ensure your safety, and there must always be two people working at the same time for further safety reasons.
